SPECIAL CLASSES AT THIS SATURDAY'S BRACKET EVENT

This Saturday, June 6 is not just a regular bracket event at ERP. As a matter of fact, it's much more. In addition to the regular great competition in the bracket classes, the first Heartland Racing Engines Top Sportsman/Top Dragster race of the season will be contested. The Top Sportsman/Top Dragster Series matches the quickest and fastest doorslammers and dragsters in a unique contest. "We will be very sure the track is in tip top shape" said Gerald Kramer, who expects to see record runs made.

Also scheduled for the June 6 event is the NHRA National Dragster Challenge. The winners in Super Pro, Pro and Sportsman will not only get a cash payout but will also win a special NHRA Wally Trophy. It's definitely not something that is available very often.

The weekend will kick off Friday (June 5) with a Fun Night and open racing for everyone. Then Saturday the competition heats up with the Bracket Series program with the special classes.
