FREEFEST BRACKETS THIS WEEKEND
PLUS FRIDAY FUN NIGHT & HIGH SCHOOL POINTS
A new type of event comes to Eddyville Raceway Park this Saturday, called the FreeFest. This bracket event features the opportunity to race for a $1,000 to win for only the cost of a test-n-tune tech card ($20). "We wanted to put something on the schedule that eased the cost of racing" said GM Gerald Kramer. "We understand the costs of traveling and racing and came up with this event to keep the racers expenses down" he continued.
First on Friday, July 6 is a Fun Night with open racing for everyone and a High School Points race. Then Saturday, gates open at 2 PM with time trials at 3 PM followed with eliminations. In addition a non-points Jr Dragster class will be conducted. Complete FreeFest pay-out information is below.
